U.S. Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today released the following statement on the murder of New York City police officer Miosotis Familia:
"The only thing Officer Miosotis Familia could be accused of doing was protecting the community she served-until the very end. This was an especially senseless and wanton murder. And it shows how much we owe the men and women in blue, who spent their holiday weekend working while the rest of us celebrated, and how much we need to push back against the toxic forces that demean and defame police work."
Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today announced he is seeking fall interns in his state offices in Little Rock and Springdale. Internships will be offered in two sessions: August 28-October 13 and October 16-December 8.
Interns will have the opportunity to help with the daily operations of Senator Cotton's office. Interested applicants should send a resume and cover letter to email@example.com and specify their desired office location and session.
