Luneal Jones

Luneal Jones was born in Mansfield, AR on December 2, 1918 to King and Laura Condry Hart. She passed away on November 18, 2020 in Fort Smith, AR at the age of 101 years old. 

Luneal was preceded in death by her husband, E Ralph Jones, son E Ralph Jones, Jr., daughter Mabel Louise Jones Ball, her parents and three brothers and sisters.   

She is survived by daughter Mona Kay White (Larry) of Witcherville, AR, three sons; Neil Jones (Margo) of Witcherville, AR, Jerry Jones (Susan) of Sierra Vista, AZ, Royce Jones (Margaret) of Mansfield, AR. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. 

She attended First United Methodist Church in Mansfield. Luneal was blessed with a large family who loved her dearly. She devoted her life to serving others in many areas including family, friends, church and civic organizations. Luneal will be remembered as a wonderful cook, homemaker, and caregiver. She loved music and entertained her children and grandchildren with her great sense of humor.  

Visitation will be Friday November 20, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home in Mansfield.      

Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday November 21, 2020 at Coop Prairie Cemetery with Rev. Sheila Jones officiating. Burial will follow the service under the direction of Martin Funeral Home in Mansfield, Arkansas.  

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Mansfield United Methodist Church or to a charity of your choice.
